Dragons signed Miroslav Todic

Sundsvall Dragons had signed the Bosnian player Miroslav Todic from the Greek club Gymnastikos Olympia Larissas. Todic, 25, 2.08 m, played in the power forward position and is supposed to give the team the support under the basket that is the weak spot of the Dragons this season.

Todic professional carrier is quite short but he comes with a European experience. For the last 5 years he played in the German league at Frankfurt Skyliners (2005-2007) that also participated in ULEB cup, the Greek Kolossos Rodou (2008) and for Gymnastikos Olympia Larissas.

In his last 12 games for Gymnastikos he had on an average 14.5 miutes and 4.9 points, but more important is his rebound figures, 2.5 in a game. This figure will have to be improved dramatically if the Dragons will want to have Todic as an alternative to Andrew Spagrud.
